01 — Services

What we put in the room, and who stays to run it.

  • 01

    Conferences & AGMs

Clean sound for speakers at the back of the hall, readable slides from every seat, and a technician at the desk who isn't also doing something else.

Radio mics · Lectern & confidence monitors · Slide playback · Q&A mics
  • 02

    Launches & awards

Cue-driven shows with video, lighting and sound locked to one script. Walk-in loops, stings, winner reveals, stage lighting that flatters.

LED walls · Moving lights · Playback & show control · Camera & IMAG
  • 03

    Hybrid & streamed

Remote speakers on screen, an online audience that can actually hear, and a stream that doesn't fall over when the first presenter changes laptop.

    Multi-camera switching · Remote speaker feeds · Encode & stream · Recording
  • 04

    Staging, screens & projection

Stages, drapes, projection screens and large-format displays specified for the room, sight-lines checked before we load in.

    Staging & risers · Projection & screens · Confidence & delay screens · Drape
  • 05

    Installation & integration

Boardrooms, training rooms, hotel ballrooms and venues. Designed on paper first, wired tidy, labelled, tested and handed over with a one-page guide people actually use.

System design · Install & commissioning · Control panels · Handover & training
  • 06

    Crew & technical management

Need only people? Sound, video and lighting technicians and a production manager, booked by the day, who read the run sheet before they arrive.

Audio engineers · Video operators · Lighting techs · Stage management

Everything on one page

Every job gets a run sheet. It lists what happens, when, who is on it, and what we need from you and the venue. It's the document the whole room works from, from rigging to strike.

Before the day we confirm power, access, load-in times and venue rules, so nobody finds out at 07:00 that the lift is booked.

02 — How we work

Four stages. No surprises in any of them.

Stage 1

Recce

We look at the room, or the plans, and talk to whoever is running the event. Power, ceiling height, access and sight-lines get written down.

Stage 2

Spec & quote

A plain-language spec with a drawing and a fixed price. Equipment, crew and timings listed line by line, so you can see what you are paying for.

Stage 3

Load-in & show

The kit is prepped and tested in our workshop first. On site we rig, check, rehearse and run, with technicians who stay for the whole event.

Stage 4

Strike & follow-up

Out in good order, the venue left as we found it. For installs: documentation, training, and a number to ring if something misbehaves.
